Most pulmonary nodules have no symptoms in the early stage, and some patients will have symptoms such as cough, sputum production, hemoptysis, fatigue, fever, night sweats, loss of appetite, weight loss, cyanosis, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. When infection occurs, there are also symptoms such as erythema nodosum and lupus erythematosus frostbite. The causes of lung nodules are generally as follows: occupational factors, such as some people working in high-risk environments for a long time, inhaling toxic gases, inflammation of the lungs, and the formation of granulations; Malignant causes, such as small cell lung cancer, adenocarcinoma, etc.; Infectious factors, such as pulmonary nodules caused by bacterial infections, tuberculosis, etc.
